Garlic Buttered Prawns with Tomato and Coriander

Orait, final Junior Masterchef Australia dah start! 8pm now!!

Sempat amik resepi ni dari website Masterchef Australia. One fine day...nak ke dapur & try it! Sempoi jerr resepi dia.

 Ingredients

  80g Western Star Butter 
  3 cloves garlic, crushed 
  500g green prawns, peeled and deveined 
  1 small red chilli, finely sliced (optional) 
  2 tomatoes, finely chopped 
  finely grated rind and juice of 1 lime 
  1/2 cup torn coriander leaves

Serves: 6 as an entree or tapas style dish
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

1. Melt butter in a large frypan over medium-high heat until foamy, add garlic, chilli, and prawns cook tossing for 2 minutes until almost cooked through.

2. Add tomatoes, lime juice and zest and coriander, cook, tossing for 1 minute.

3. Serve prawns immediately in the pan with fresh bread or tortillas and let guests help themselves.

Hints:
As the prawns will be served in the frypan, use a decorative frypan or stove-proof dish to cook the prawns in. Alternatively transfer the prawns to a warm serving dish. 
Ask for pre-peeled and deveined green prawns from your local fish monger or supermarket.
