Find out how the contestants on one of TV's most popular reality shows are feeling as they head into their third week of exercise agony.
 

THE number of ridiculous reality shows that make it on air has turned me into a sceptic. It's also made me a lot more discerning about what I watch. A programme about vapid housewives in America's Orange County? Get real! Spoilt 16-year-olds getting luxury cars and diamonds for their birthdays? Can someone call the cops?

There are, however, a handful of reality shows that are worth watching. Shows that have soul ... or at least a decent premise. Shows like The Biggest Loser.

Awal2 episod ni nampak cam Blue Team lebih bersemangat, lg pun trainer dia nampak lebih 'cool' mase dok train, xder la tjerit2, tp xtaw la nanti camane. Seme peserta terpilih mmg niat nk turunkan berat badan, nak gaya hidup lebih sihat, supaya mudah dapat anak (kdg2 terlebih berat badan sukarkan utk pregnant) & terutamanya nak menang. 

Tak kisah la Negara Asia mana yang menang asalkan bertanding secara sihat. Kita tengok je nanti prestasi seme peserta terutama 2 orang wakil Malaysia, Nadia Yusuf & Aaron Ikram Mokhtar, team mane yang lebih mendahului & sape yang akan menjadi TBLA yang pertama!



Rasenye mamat paling besau ade lam team merah, nama Kevin, berat 200kg+. Tak sabar nak tengok dia turunkan berat badan mcmane rupa dia nanti.
